1. General Information

2. Booking and Payments
Class Reservations: All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or at the studio reception.
Payments: Payments can be made online, in cash, or by card at the studio. Payment must be completed at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time to receive a full refund or to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided for unused classes or missed sessions unless cancellation is made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3. Health and Safety
Health Disclosure: Clients are responsible for informing instructors of any injuries, illnesses, or other health conditions that may affect their participation. This includes but is not limited to pregnancy, recent surgery, or chronic medical conditions.
Assumption of Risk: Participation in classes is at your own risk. The studio and its staff are not liable for any injury, illness, or medical condition that may occur during or after classes.
COVID-19 Protocols: Please adhere to all current health guidelines, including mask-wearing, social distancing, and hygiene practices as advised by the studio.

4. Studio Etiquette
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class to avoid disruption.
Personal Belongings: The studio is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Please keep your valuables secured.
Behavior: All clients are expected to respect the studio environment, staff, and other clients. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.

5. Use of Facilities
Equipment: Studio equipment is available for use during classes. Clients are responsible for using equipment safely and correctly, and for cleaning any equipment used during their session.
Cleanliness: Please ensure that you maintain hygiene by wearing clean workout clothes and using the cleaning supplies provided to wipe down mats and equipment after use.

6. Memberships and Packages
Validity: All memberships and class packages are valid for a specified duration from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire if not used within this time frame.
Non-Transferable: Memberships and class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Freeze Policy: Memberships can be frozen once per year for a maximum of one month upon written request.

7. Private Sessions and Workshops
Booking and Cancellation: Private sessions and workshops must be booked in advance. Cancellation policies are the same as regular classes unless otherwise stated.
Custom Programs: Private sessions are tailored to individual needs, and the content of the sessions is subject to change based on the client’s progress and feedback.

8. Limitation of Liability
8einhalbelemente Studio, its instructors, and staff are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur on the studio premises, except where caused by gross negligence.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal Information: We collect personal data to manage bookings and provide services. All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
Communication: By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving communications from the studio, including class updates, promotions, and newsletters. You can opt out at any time.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
