REVATI is certified Yoga instructor (BYV) since 2003. With over two decades of dedicated prctice and teaching I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to my yoga sssions. 
Breath is the essence of life and the foundation of yoga. 

My teaching philosophy centres around `the Breath of Yoga`, emphasising the importance of conscious breathing in connecting the body, mind and spirit.


Yogalates

IANA is qualified and certified Pilates and Yoga trainer. She is emotional balance Psychologist. she brings her extensive experience to your Yogalates class. 


Yogalates is renowned for its multifaceted benefits, combining the stretching and flexibility elements of yoga with the core-strengthening and muscle-toning aspects of Pilates. This fusion not only promotes physical fitness but also enhances mental clarity and emotional stability.

600 hr -  Fitness Instructor
1200 hr - Yoga Trainer
1000hr - Pilates Trainer
800 hr - Pilates Low Hammock Trainer
